Arriving Late (after 8:55am)
Any pupils arriving at school after the start of the school day when the second bell has sounded at 8:55am are classed as being 'late'. They will be required to enter school via the front office where they will be signed in and asked for the reason for being late. Asking for a reason is a legal requirement that school must fulfil.
Absences
If your child is unwell you are required to notify school by 9:15am. Telephone messages can be left on the school's answering machine.
If your child has suffered from sickness or diarrhoea they are not allowed to come to school within 48 hours of the last occurrence. In this situation you are only required to notify us on the first day of absence as we will know that your child will not be coming to school on the second day.
