We are pleased to let you know that we have been able to give everyone the tickets they requested. These have been allocated on a first-come first-served basis. A number of families did not return their forms. If this was you and you would still like to attend there are still a few tickets remaining. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU BRING YOUR TICKET TO THE CAROL SERVICE. The number on your ticket corresponds to the number on your chair.

Please note that seats 1-84 and 401-404 are situated in the main church (turn right through the glass doors once inside the main entrance) and seats 85-400 are situated in the main hall (directly in front of you once you have entered the building). School staff and church volunteers will be on hand to help you locate your seat on arrival.

A parent has questioned why this event is now being ticketed. There are several reasons for this; the first is to ensure everyone has a seat for the service, the second is to ensure emergency exits remain clear, the third is to limit the amount of queuing required by parents - hopefully you won’t feel the need to arrive early in order to secure a seat, and this in turn should make it easier for staff to escort the children safely into and around the church building. At the end of the service you will be given instructions on how to collect your children. Again we ask for your cooperation so that we can ensure that all children are dismissed safely. If you are not attending the service and wish your child to be returned to school at the end of the day please ensure that you have informed their class teacher.
