Benji - our Year 1 rabbit

In our Year 1 unit we have Benji the rabbit. Benji teaches the children how to look after animals. The children learn about how we care for him and how we make sure he is a happy rabbit. Throughout continuous provision, the children are often seen talking to Benji, reading to him and showing him their wonderful work. There are times when the children handle Benji. Please see some images of the children with Benji below.
