For today’s theme lesson we will be looking at the main counties of England. Watch the short video which introduces counties, then, using the map of England complete the ‘England Counties Task’. You will need to describe the position of the counties using the compass points.
Your task will then be to plot some of the main battles of Worcester onto the map of England. You will need to research where the battle took place and in which county so can you place it in the correct location on your map.
