Hi Year 6,

We hope you have all had a lovely, sunny half term full of fun, laughter and relaxation. We have been very lucky with the weather and hope you have been able to make the most of it.

We have all had a good break, spending time with our families at home, doing a spot of gardening, catching up on some reading and having lots of barbecues. We have also been very busy making preparations for school to open a little bit more widely and getting your home learning ready too – as always you will find your tasks in the relevant folders Now that some of you are coming back to school home learning will look a little bit different and your parents have been sent a letter all about this.

As always with your home learning, please don’t put too much pressure on yourself, do what you can and try your best – that is all we can ask of you. We are so excited that we are going to get to see some of you this week. School will look a bit different but don’t worry, we will be explaining everything to you and easing you back in gently. If you are not coming back, don’t worry, we will be phoning you over the next couple of weeks and look forward to finding out how you are doing and what you have been up to.
