Winter Glow

After working really hard and completing a range of challenges for Father Christmas and his elves, the children received a letter inviting them all to meet him at Winter Glow. The children were extremely excited and worked very hard in preparation for the visit by writing their letters to Father Christmas, explaining what they would like for Christmas and most importantly why they deserved their presents.

When the day finally arrived, we all wrapped up warm in our hats, gloves, and scarfs then off we went to visit Father Christmas! When we arrived at Winter Glow, we were met by two elves who told us all about our fun filled day. The children were very eager to get started, we decorated cookies, had a story with the elves, completed a Christmas quiz and even played in Santa’s Toy Workshop. After all the festivities, it was time for the children to visit Father Christmas! The children were able to post their letters to Father Christmas in his post box and were able to tell him what they would like for Christmas and then they received a present for their hard work and kindness throughout the year.

We had such a wonderful, fun packed day and the children were excellent ambassadors for the school, very well behaved and super listeners. The Dolphins and Turtles had a fantastic time, full of laughter, smiles and Christmas fun!
