Worcester Fire Station

On Wednesday 8^th of May, Year 2, having completed their six challenges, earnt their reward of visiting Worcester Fire Station. The children had the opportunity to learn about the different equipment in a fire engine. We were also lucky enough to have a go using the powerful hoses, much to the delight of the children. The children had plenty questions and were given time to have them answered by firefighters. As well as having plenty of fun, children also learnt valuable fire safety life skills and now know that if there is a fire they should ‘drop down low and go go go!’
