The Lyppard Grange Primary School Empowering children to be secure, engaged and equipped for life.

Lyppard Hits London

The Y5/6 children and accompanying staff have returned tired yet buzzing with the excitement of their residential visit. A fantastic time was had by all as they visited museums and the Royal Observatory, rode on the London Eye, took in the sights by bus and boat, went to a West End show and visited the Houses of Parliament. The Twitter updates kept us all informed and parents of those on the visit enjoyed following the activities day-by-day and hour-by-hour. Staff report that the children behaved well, ate well, slept well and travelled well and were a credit to the school. I’m sure you have heard lots about their antics and adventures already but look out for some photos due to appear on the website soon.

To follow up the visit, Robin Walker, the Member of Parliament for the Worcester constituency, visited the Y5/6 children at school today for a ‘Question and Answer’ session.
