All of the children had a good night's sleep - not too late to sleep and no-one up too early! All dressed on time, enjoyed breakfast and completed room inspections. A full day of activities ahead including archery and raft building (an ark perhaps?!), undeterred by the rain.

All are now in their PJs, have had a bedtime story and are now cleaning their teeth, ready for bed.

  • Hot Lunch Orders

    Thu 28 Sep 2017
Many of you are now experts at ordering your child’s hot lunches on line and are loving the flexibility it offers you. However we have experienced a few hiccups over the past couple of weeks which we need to make you aware of so that you can check the same issues don’t arise for you: recently some amendments were made to the menu by Aspens, to add some theme days on the following dates:
    • 31st October - Spooky menu
    • 9th November - Bonfire Menu
    • 14th December - Christmas Menu
If you had already placed an order for these days, before these alterations were made to the menu, unfortunately your orders will have been automatically cancelled and refunded if you pay for your child’s meals. An email should have been sent out to all parents by Aspens, notifying them of this fact but after receiving messages to the contrary it has become apparent that some parents may not have been aware of these cancellations.
Please check if you have been affected by these changes to the above dates and create new orders if you wish to do so. Aspens send their sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Another feature on the Aspens website that many of you like is the ‘recurring order’ option., but beware - the computer hasn’t accounted for half term and school holidays so you may have accidentally booked (and paid for) meals in half term or over the Christmas break!

  • After School Club Acceptance & Payment Returns Due

    Fri 08 Sep 2017
Allocation offers were sent home by letter on Wednesday 6th September, together with information on how to make payment. Deadline for acceptance & payment is 9am on Wednesday 13th September. As we always experience a very high level of demand for the clubs on offer, a non-return of your child's acceptance letter and/or full payment by the deadline will be taken as non-acceptance of the offer of a place in that Club and the place will be re-allocated to another pupil.

Clubs for the Autumn Term start during the week commencing Monday 18th September - details for each club are available on the chart here.
  • Payments4Schools Offline

    Fri 28 Jul 2017
Please note that all online payments via Payments4Schools from Lyppard Grange Primary School will be unavailable until early-September due to maintenance work. We apologise for any inconvenience.
