Mindfulness

 Today, we would like to show you how to make a mindfulness jar. It means you will be able to keep it at home and use it whenever you need to. So follow the instructions and make your mindfulness jar/ bottle unique to you. I look forward to seeing them!

PVA glue works the best but you could add a small amount of oil instead.
