Miss Bird's Weekly Challenge:
IF YOU DID THE LIVE WORKOUT ON TEAMS THIS MORNING YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN, UNLESS YOU WANT TO!
This week, I would like you to time yourself completing the following exercises for 1 minute each...
- star jumps
- squats (make sure you do this correctly so you do not hurt yourself. Keep your feet planted to the floor and push your bum out backwards as you sit back into it - your bum should not touch the floor!)
- tuck jumps (get those knees up as high as you can but watch your chin!)
- speed bounce (jump over an object, count each time you land)
- air punches whilst running on the spot
