Reading
Children should read for at least 20 minutes every day and record their reading activity in their Reading Journal. Reading Journals and reading books should be brought into school every day.
Maths Challenge:
Children should practise their allocated times tables on TT Rock Stars for at least 30 minutes.
Congratulations to Mrs Tilley's class for their win this week, what a fantastic score!. Well done to all the children who took part, great teamwork Year 5.
Theme Homework
On Thursday we visited the Black Country Living Museum. For homework we would like children to write a review of their experience. They should include:
- What you can see there
- Their experience of the Victorian classroom
- What they learnt about the lives of Victorian children
- Who they would recommend the Museum to (e.g., what age group)
- How helpful and informative the Museum staff were
- Give the Museum a rating out of 5 «
It is up to you how you would like to present this review. You could design a poster, create a PowerPoint or produce a written piece of work.
Homework should be handed in by Wednesday 7th December 2022.
