For Maths today, we would like you to click the below and watch the video on finding the area of rectangles. This will help you complete the maths tasks for the day. 

Theme

We are incredibly excited to be starting a new theme this term. We have a message and some pictures to share with you in our Teams meeting and cannot wait to get your input.

The Secret Key to the Universe!

Now we have had a message from out of space and know that we have been asked to create a space vehicle for Cosmos (the super computer) to travel around space. 

To do this we are going to need to find out as much as we can about all of the things in our universe. 

This is why we would like you to research a planet from our solar system. You can choose any of the eight planets and the aim is for you to find out as much information as possible. 

Below you will find a sound recording from Annie (who has set us this out of this world task) and a research template for you to use. BBC Bitesize and National Geographic are a great place to get started.

Please find Number Magic for the day attached below and complete it at your relevant level.

Below we have attached a link to a Joe Wicks workout from back in May and will look to upload more recent ones as they become available. 

Alternatively, you could take this time to go and play outside or even complete another form of exercise that you enjoy for a minimum of 30 minutes.
