Master Chef - Food of the Gods

What a brilliant start to Year 5! Our Year 5 pupils have become thoroughly swept up by the unpredictable nature, gore and detailed plot lines of Greek myths. They have learnt about key Greek gods and goddesses and have enjoyed designing their own Greek dish that represents their chosen god or goddess.

On Tuesday 12th of September Eat Greek restaurant came into school and the children made their own Greek salad and stuffed vine leaves. They also got to taste freshly made tzatziki, pitta bread and a delicious dessert called portokalopita. Parents will be invited into school on Thursday 26th October to visit our Greek taverna and taste their child's delectable dish. Prepare to be dazzled by our advertisements and enjoy a superb taste experience!
