Writing 

Today is story writing day! You've worked so hard all week in preparation for writing your stories. You ideas are absolutely superb, so today, enjoy writing. 

We have uploaded success criteria for you to use. Keep this to hand whilst writing and tick off the features you've used as you go along. Remember to use the sentences that you planned yesterday, making use of those different sentence openers. Have a watch of the video below. Miss Bevand will do a 'mini model write' to show you how to use all of the planning you've done this week to help you bring your story to together. We can't wait to read your stories!

Maths 

Today we are going to be using a picture to create our own tally chart and block diagram.

Count how many of each animal are in the picture and record it in your tally chart.

Once you have done this, use the data from your tally chart to create a block diagram.

Number Magic 

For today's Number Magic warm up we would like you to spend 10 minutes playing Times Tables Rock Stars. Have fun earning your class points in the battle! 

Today's number magic challenge is the same style of question as the other challenges this week. However, this time we haven't drawn the bar model for you!

P.E 

Today is P.E day! We have given you a link to a Joe Wicks workout to complete at home. As always, if you would prefer to do a different activity, feel free. 

Golden Time! 

It's Friday today, which means... GOLDEN TIME!

Take out some time out of your learning day to spend at least 30 minutes doing something you love. This could be reading a book, playing a game, playing with your favourite toy, spending time with your family, going for a walk, playing with your pet, spending some time outside, etc.
