Reading

Children should read for at least 20 minutes every day and record their reading activity in their Reading Journal.  Reading Journals and reading books should be brought into school every day.

 

Maths Challenge:

Children should practise their allocated times tables on TTRock Stars for at least 30 minutes.

 

Congratulations to Mrs Tilley's class on their win this week!  Will they be able to get their second hat-trick of the year next week?  Well done to all those children who took part in the tournament, great teamwork!

 

Maths Homework:

This week children have been learning about decimals up to three decimal places.  For homework children should choose one of the tasks below.  There are also some decimal riddles to solve and the final challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to write your own decimal riddle for your peers to solve.  Homework should be handed in no later than Wednesday 8th February.
