Mindfulness

Today you are going to continue with your mindfulness activity. Write down one positive thing that has happened during the day. This could be that you heard your favourite song on the radio or you enjoyed a lovely dog walk with your family or you had your favourite meal for tea! Write down one thing each day and keep these somewhere. You might want to right them in a notebook or stick them somewhere each day. You can share this with us at the end of the week if you want to or just take some time to individually reflect on the great things that have happened at the end of the week.

Join us at 9am where we will be looking at character descriptions and the devices that they use. This is a really important session as it will inform our writing for the week.

You need to complete your relevant level for Number Magic. If you want to challenge yourself, try completing the next level instead.

Following our 9am session, you need to create a role on the wall for Dr Reeper. You should put the emotions and feelings of him on the inside of the body and his looks and things you can see, on the outside.
