Today we would like you to draw a picture of your 'happy place'.
We did this at school before Christmas, however because this picture is now in school, you cannot see it at home! So we would like you to draw a new one.
Your 'happy place' is anywhere in the world that being there makes you feel happy and calm. This could be a real place, like your bedroom, your garden or somewhere like a library or it could be a fictional place, such as Hogwarts or another setting from a book or film.
Please draw a detailed picture of your happy place and then add some colour. You could even draw yourself in that happy place. You can now use this picture if you are ever feeling worried, anxious, angry or upset to help you to relax and feel calm! Enjoy!
