Miss Bird's Workout
You can either do this live on Teams at 9.30am or at any point throughout the day.
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest inbetween each exercise.
Repeat the whole thing twice!
1. Running on the spot, punching the sky
2. Jumping lunges
3. Star jumps
4. Sit ups
Make sure you stop and rest if you need to and drink plenty of water!
