Focus activity - Creative

Look at the examples of Tony Hudson's art work Products – Tony Hudson

What can you see in his art work? Think about how he has mixed the colours to create the paintings. Look at how he has used darker/bold colours to show the silhouettes of the trees or people.

Think back to the animal you wrote a fact and question about on Tuesday. Draw, paint, colour or make a collage of this animal in the style of Tony Hudson's work.

Peg activity - Writing

Think about the animal you wrote a question for on Tuesday. Today you are going to research the answer to that question and find some other interesting facts about this animal. Make notes about what you find and keep hold of them for tomorrow where we are going to write a final piece.

These websites may help you to find some information:

P.E.

At school we would have P.E. today so have a go at this Cosmic Kids Yoga

Dress Up!

What do you think Dr Rose is wearing whilst she is in the African Savannah? She might wear a big floppy hat and long sleeve shirt to protect her from the sun. She could have a back-pack to carry all her equipment. She might have binoculars around her neck. She might have camouflage clothes to hide her from the dangerous animals or shorts, t- shirt and sunglasses because it is so hot!

It would be fantastic if you could come dressed as Dr Rose or an explorer to our Friday morning Teams meeting.
