Friday 11th March

Reading: You should read for at least 20 minutes every day and record your activity in your Reading Records.

 

Maths challenge: You should practise your allocated times tables on TT Rock Stars for at least 30 minutes. There is a battle between the Year Five classes, which finishes on Friday 18th March.

Congratulations to Mrs Tilley's class on winning the latest battle on TT Rock Stars! Who will win the next battle? 

 

Maths homework: This week your homework is to create a poster showing everything that you have learnt about fractions over the past few weeks. Your poster should be colourful and eye catching, whilst clearly explaining your knowledge.

Some of the topics we have covered are: mixed numbers, improper fractions, equivalent fractions adding and subtracting fractions, simplifying fractions and multiplying fractions.

Mr Hattersley has set you some new tunes on Charanga so that you can practise the notes CDEF.  If you have forgotten your class login see below:
