What a fantastic half term Year 5 have had! The children have worked so hard and we are very proud of all of their achievements. Thursday's Greek Taverna was a great success and the children loved sharing their delectable dishes with you. We hope you all have a happy Halloween and enjoy the well deserved week off. Reading: Children should read for at least 20 minutes every day and record their activity in their reading journals. Reading books and journals should be brought into school every day.
Maths Challenge: Children should practise their allocated times tables on TT Rocks for at least 30 minutes.
Congratulations to Mrs Johnson's class for their hat trick! There were some very impressive individual scores and it is great to see so many of you taking part.
We shall have a break over half term and our next battle will commence on Monday 6th November. Who will be the first winners of the new half term?
SPaG homework: Children have been learning about modal verbs over the last few weeks, and to consolidate their knowledge they should complete one of the tasks below.
