Silver and Gold SPAG and spelling challenge
Your challenges this week are around some more words from the Year 5/6 word list. In the document below, you will find four different levels of challenges; tricky, expert, brainbox and genius! Have a go at whichever challenge you feel most comfortable with and push yourself on if you can. In your activity, you need to use the clues to find a word from the list to complete the sentences.
Each of the clues are synonyms for a word on the list. Once you have found the missing words, practise these using the various different strategies you have been taught. Can you commit these words to memory?
Bronze SPAG and spelling challenge
Your challenges this week are around contractions. Your task involves you working out how to combine two words using an apostrophe to make a contraction. Once you have found all of the correct new words, practise these using the various different ways you have been taught.
