Reading
We hope you guys are still loving reading and are taking this time to find and try out some different books. This week we have set the following books for your levels: Gold - Coming Home, Silver - Wind in the Willows and Bronze: Double Trouble or Mae in the Middle, Super Sleuth. If you have been allocated Mae in the Middle, Super Sleuth your tasks have been allocated in a separate document below. Remember to try and still read out loud to someone at home at least once a week.
If you are unsure of the meaning of any of the words you come across you can look them up in a dictionary or if you don’t have access to one at home you can use the Collins one online at https://www.collinsdictionary.com/ .
This week we want you to have a look at your relevant book and complete reading task 1, which is based around making predictions, and task 2, which is creating interview questions and answering them as your relevant book character.
Additionally, we would like you to complete the Reading Comprehension about Rainforest Deforestation at your relevant level. 1 star = Bronze, 2 stars = Silver, 3 stars = Gold
