After School Club Acceptance & Payments
Please return the acceptance slip along with any payments required by 9am on Tuesday 17th January at the latest, to avoid losing the offer of a place in that club for your child to another pupil on the waiting list. If your child no longer wishes a place in the allocated club, please let us know ASAP so that we can offer the place to another pupil.
Please note, all After School Club payments for Spring Term school-run clubs are to be made by Payments4Schools - we will not accept cash or cheques for any school-run club. Clubs run by external leaders will continue to be paid for by cash or cheque, made payable to the external leader/company as identified on the Allocation Letter .
