After School Club selections for next term are now closed! Club requests received after 9am on Thursday 15th December will NOT be processed.
We will endeavour to ensure that all children are given one of their choices. Places will be allocated and you will receive a confirmatory letter in January with details of the club, including the location from which to collect your child. This will include payment instructions.
You will need to return the acceptance slip along with any payments required by 9am on Tuesday 17th January to avoid losing the offer of a place in that club for your child.
Please note, as a trial, all After School Club payments for Spring Term school-run clubs will be made by Payments4Schools - we will not be accepting cash or cheques for any school-run clubs in the Spring Term. Clubs run by external leaders will continue to be paid for by cash or cheque, made payable to the external leader/company as identified on the Allocation Letter which you will be issued with next term, should your child be offered a place in that club.
Please do not send payment until you receive your Allocation Letter and know which club(s) your child has been offered a place in.
