Please note that Friday 27th November will be our last Congratulations Assemblies of the Autumn term. This is because we will be recording our CD on Friday 4th December, our Carol Service at Woodgreen Evangelical Church takes place on Friday 11th December and it’s party day at school on Friday 18th December. Our first Congratulations Assemblies for 2016 will commence on Friday 15th January.
It has been decided that, although we love seeing everything children have achieved out of school, this will now be celebrated purely via the newsletter, and our assemblies will focus on all things achieved by children in school. Every child will still have their moment to shine as the ‘pupil of the week’ during which they will now be presented with their ‘Lyppard Grange’ prize by their own class teacher. Gold awards will continue to be presented as part of our assemblies and you will continue to receive a note informing you of your child’s participation in these assemblies to ensure you don’t miss their special moment.
