In liaison with Nunnery Wood High School, our hot meals provider, we are making some changes to the way you order and pay for your children’s hot lunches. The aim is that this system will be more manageable and flexible for both you as parents and us as a school, whilst further reducing waste food. The new system offers you more flexibility in terms of the days you choose your child to have meals on and also now allows you to select the dessert as well as the main course for your child.
On Monday 12th October you will receive an individually named order form for each of your children plus an explanatory letter from Nunnery Wood High School detailing the changes and how to complete the paperwork. Please ensure that you include any details of allergy or dietary requirements as well as menu choices on the form; please don’t assume that this is already known as this information is now going directly to Nunnery Wood High School. All forms must be returned to us so that we can pass them onto Nunnery Wood High School for processing by Monday 19th October at the latest. We need forms for every child regardless of whether they are eligible for Universal Free School Meals, Free School Meals or not. Payments can still be made by cash, cheque or online using Payments4Schools. If paying by Payments4Schools, please write your WCPS receipt number near the payment tick boxes - there is no separate box for this to be written in. It is essential that you ensure the correct form is completed for each of your children and it is returned to school by Monday 19th October - no form received will mean no meal will be ordered!
